I made a snack of Roasted Chickpeas, too. I have seen lots of recipes for them, and bought a can of beans a few weeks ago to try.
Roasted Chickpeas
Adapted from Skinny Taste
- 15 oz Can of Chickpeas- Drained and Rinsed
- Cooking Spray
- Salt to Taste
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Fully dry chickpeas.
- Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, lay chickpeas in a single layer, and coat with seasonings.
- Bake for 35 minutes shaking every 10 minutes to rotate.
- Serve at room temp.
