Pork Roast
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp Ground Red Pepper
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 lb Pork Roast
- 1 lb Potatoes- Diced
- 4 Carrots- Diced
- 1 Onion- Diced
- 1/2 Head Cabbage- Chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic- Chopped
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1/2 Package Lipton's Soup Mix
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Salt and Pepper
- Heat pan to medium high and add oil.
- Mix paprika and ground red pepper to flour.
- Dip the pork in the flour and dust off any excess.
- Brown all sides of meat until golden brown.
- Remove meat and add vegetables.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes stirring often.
- Add stock, soup mix, bay, and salt and pepper as needed.
- Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hours on low.
